In a retrospective analysis of patients presenting to our MS Center, epidemiological, clinical, and laboratory data were collected for PwMS with confirmed COVID-19 infections between March 2020 and March 2021 (MS-COVID, n=149). A control group of 12 participants, matched to our study group, was developed by collecting data from PwMS individuals who had no history of COVID-19 (MS-NCOVID, n=292). The two groups, MS-COVID and MS-NCOVID, were matched for demographic characteristics like age, expanded disability status scale (EDSS), and treatment protocols. Between the two groups, we assessed neurological evaluations, pre-morbid vitamin D concentrations, anthropometric characteristics, lifestyle routines, professional activities, and living situations.
